"Hobbs' newest hire for the Chico route is a young man name Joshua Ortega. Joshua has been the best yet, punctual, responsible, thorough (as I had asked him questions periodically), and what I like most, personally, was his politeness and demeanor. As a former administrator who regularly evaluated employees, I thought Hobbs needed to know this, as I am adding to all those who think the same--"5-Stars"."
