"My wife and I feel fortunate that we called Hobbs Pest Solutions and that Mark is the technician that was sent to our house. Mark was thorough, knowledgeable, and earnest in his evaluation of our predicament, we have rats in our attic. Mark went under the house, up in our attic, and walked our one acre property during his inspection (the guy from the other company we called just walked around the outside of the house.) After the inspection Mark outlined his plan, and quoted us a super reasonable price, cheaper that the other guy. Mark has been back twice in the past week, each time he communicates directly with us about his progress and next steps. Mark brings an energy and enthusiasm to his work that make you believe that he is personally invested in your house and your comfort. We are so impressed with the service we are getting that we signed up for their ongoing pest control services. It is with out hesitation that I recommend Hobbs Pest Solutions and in particular, their technician Mark. "
