"I manage a large multi family property and Ross has recently been assigned to our complex to do our weekly pest service. He is absolutely amazing! He is efficient, professional, punctual, and on top of that, extremely knowledgeable. If there is an issue that arises during the week when he's not scheduled to be on the property, whether it's urgent or not, he makes time to always stop by and help out. He always takes the time to explain something to myself, my coworkers and even my tenants. If there is an issue, he talks through all the possible solutions and his recommendation on how to best resolve it as well as ways to prevent the issue whether it is something I as the manager can fix or for my tenants to keep up on inside their unit. I cannot express how much myself and my tenants have felt so at ease with Ross. I highly recommend using Hobbs"
