"Ross was our pest guy when he was at a previous company and we've followed him to Hobbs. Bugs are gross and it's really nice having someone trustworthy and educated on the subject to go to when things are creepy and crawly. If you hire Hobbs, then I highly suggest you ask for Ross as your regular guy."
