"Excellent quality service. I had called another pest service before Hobbs and because my rats were nesting in my wood pile they said they couldn't help me (?!). When I called Hobbs, the woman who answered the phone didn't skip a beat and scheduled Mark to come to my house. He was very professional and courteous. He explained the entire process. I have two dogs so I was concerned about the bait but he assured me that the process was environmentally safe and EPA approved. That really put my mind at ease. Mark was great and really took care of everything. Even going the extra mile by putting in special 'cans' for the rats to go in and be unable to escape after they ate the bait. Honestly, I was so impressed with how efficient and quick their system was. After this experience I would never call anyone else. Thank you Mark!"
