"The majority of the recommendations I got for service was for Hobbs Pest Control and I understand why. Back in June I signed up and Darryl Pruitt became my tech specialist. He listened to all my concerns and made sure he was detailed in his service. I’ve had a “big box” service before and I always continued to have a problem. One visit from Darryl at Hobbs Pest Control and the issue was gone. The next service he came out was routine and I told him how amazed I was. This month’s service he had a trainee, Caleb Gibson, with him whom I informed about the experiences so far and what kind of issue I had previously. Caleb was attentive and was easy to talk to, along with Darryl. They both took care of the routine maintenance in a quick, efficient manner. They even pulled my garbage can in for me from the curb (it was garbage day), which isn’t even necessary - but just a small example of the great customer service the crew at Hobbs Pest Control gives."
